Fìkh Civ Mællǐ (/civ/ /ˈmællɪ/ [damn] [triangle]) is a subtropical Town located in Avugehopo Parish, If-70cqǐnrì District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Civ Mællǐ is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Civ Mællǐ was founded by Lagotes Trêgfepí, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Civ Mællǐ has a yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 13°C (55°F). Overview

Fìkh Civ Mællǐ was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1434, by Lagotes Trêgfepí. The establishment of Fìkh Civ Mællǐ was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Fìkh Civ Mællǐ's construction back out of the project. Lagotes Trêgfepí pushed on reguardles, and Fìkh Civ Mællǐ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Fìkh Civ Mællǐ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Civ Mællǐ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Fìkh Civ Mællǐ is is constructed arround a semi-circular broad paverstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. Unfortuantly, these millitarily questionable fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Right off the bat Fìkh Civ Mællǐ hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. Precisely how it has gained its wealth is a mystery. Fìkh Civ Mællǐ is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Civic Infrastructure

Fìkh Civ Mællǐ possesses a city-wide Aethary Link which provides Aethary access anywhere within its metropolitan. This allows citizens who can afford the relevant devices access in their places of work, and rarely homes.

Fìkh Civ Mællǐ has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fìkh Civ Mællǐ. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Fìkh Civ Mællǐ's parks.

Fìkh Civ Mællǐ's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.

The worst of the disaster struck The storm coated everything in a thick layer of ice and freezing countless animals, plants, and people to death. Fìkh Civ Mællǐ lost 126 people, and 338 livestock in the disaster.. The disaster is remembered as the Damnation Screams, after the sounds of the winds.
